For the past three years I have been learning web development, creating WordPress websites for myself, my freelance business, and other agencies. Before that, I was a case manager, helping families navigate the criteria to meet the housing programs' requirements, and facilitating communication plans that included routine visits, community meetings, and virtual check-ins. In these roles, I have helped countless people identify and pursue their goals and engage with their community, in person and online, by being an advocate and support system.
